Holiday Nanny specialises in providing high calibre nannies to accompany families on their holidays - in the UK or Abroad. The agency has an extremely high selection standard for nannies and a thorough interviewing process - only a small percentage of nannies who apply to the agency are accepted onto the register. All nannies have a minimum of 1 years childcare experience. They speak fluent English and all have an up-to-date enhanced CRB check and a first aid certificate. We check all references thoroughly and relevant qualifications are verified. The agency only selects nannies who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism.

"When, in May 2011, Katherine Stewart - already mum to 2 boisterous boys - had Grace, her 3rd child, she soon realised that juggling a newborn and 2 older siblings meant that this year’s summer’s holiday was going to be no holiday for her!
She wanted the flexibility of having a holiday house and the space for her boys to run about in but knew that meant she wouldn’t have the ease of a hotel kids club or babysitting services on tap. Their summer holiday was a precious time for the family but she and her husband really needed an extra pair of hand to allow them have some time together too. Katherine had read about Holiday Nanny in Junior Magazine and thought that this could be the solution to her holiday childcare issues.
Katherine spoke to Nicky Grant at Holiday Nanny and discussed the type of holiday and what kind of Holiday Nanny would suit their family. Katherine was keen to have a nanny that was sporty and a strong swimmer to keep up with her boys, but would also have the appropriate baby experience to babysit for Grace too. She also wanted to make sure that they had a nanny who would be sensitive to the needs of a family and wouldn’t be another person for them to look after!
Holiday Nanny quickly sent through the details of Kim – one of their regular Holiday Nannies and Katherine thought she looked a perfect fit. They interviewed her and booked her up to join them for their trip to Mallorca in August. Katherine said of their experience:
“Holiday Nanny were incredibly easy to deal with. I think the fact that it is run by Mums means that they really understand what families are looking for. Kim was absolutely wonderful - she arrived like Mary Poppins – with a bag containing games, crafts and lots of fun outdoor activities. The boys loved her – she organised treasure hunts round the garden, Olympic events and they even put on a show for us at the end of the week. She absolutely made our family’s holiday and allowed us, as a couple, to have some time together too. We really felt like we’d had a proper break and we were very sad to see her go! We’ve already booked her for next year!” (Mr & Mrs Stewart, 2011)

"I contacted Elena because I wanted to give my parents a special present for Christmas. On the shoot she was incredible and was great with my daughter. When I saw the photos I saw how amazingly she had captured my daughters spirit as well as intimate, tender moments between my daughter and I that as a mother, one never gets to see from the outside. When I gave my parents the album of photos I had expected tears from my mother, I got full on blubbering! It was brilliant and the best gift I have given them aside from my daughter herself."
